What it is
A massive bolt with a tranq dart mounted on the front. Used as an underwater tranquilizer projectile with the Harpoon Gun. If it doesn't break, you can recover the spear bolt.
How to unlock
Learn at level 72 for 40 engram points.
Requires Spear Bolt, Tranquilizer Dart first.
