The short version.

• Merch is physical, made-to-order print-on-demand goods.
• Checkout is handled through our Shopify storefront — final pricing, shipping, and tax show at checkout.
• The artwork is Quietly Ascended's — buying a shirt doesn't license the design.

Physical goods, made on demand.

Quietly Ascended sells print-on-demand apparel and accessories — t-shirts, hoodies, mugs, and similar items featuring designs created by or licensed to Quietly Ascended. Each item is produced on demand by our print-on-demand fulfillment partner, Printify. There is no warehouse and no inventory.

What you pay, and when the order is set.

Merch is sold through our Shopify storefront. Final pricing, shipping, and any applicable sales tax are shown at Shopify checkout, based on your order and shipping address. Payment is processed securely by the provider shown at checkout — your full card details are not stored on our servers.

Prices can change at any time; the price you pay is the one displayed at checkout when you place the order. We may refuse or cancel an order — including for suspected fraud, a pricing error, or product unavailability. If you were already charged, you receive a full refund.

What you can do with the design.

All designs on Quietly Ascended merch are the intellectual property of Quietly Ascended or its licensors. Buying an item gives you ownership of the physical garment — it does not grant a license to reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit the design.

Personal photos of yourself wearing the merch — at conventions, on social media — are encouraged. Bulk reproduction of the artwork on other goods is not.

If something goes wrong.

How we handle damaged, wrong, or late orders is in the Refund Policy; production and transit timelines are in the Shipping Policy. Our responsibility for a faulty order is limited to replacing or refunding it, as described there. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under consumer-protection law that cannot be waived by contract.

Where things get formal.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Before any formal dispute or chargeback, email mac@quietlyascended.com — we resolve almost everything informally and faster than a bank dispute. We may update these terms over time; the version in effect when you place an order is the version that governs that order.
