Shipping policy.

The short version.

• Production — items are made to order, usually 2–7 business days before they ship.
• US transit — about 3–10 business days after the order ships.
• International — where available, about 7–21 business days after shipping.
• Tracking is emailed when the carrier provides it.
• Multi-item orders may arrive in separate packages.

Merch is sold through our Shopify storefront — shipping options and the exact cost are shown at checkout.

Before it ships.

Every item is made to order — nothing sits pre-made on a shelf. Printing typically takes 2–7 business days before the package goes to the carrier:

• T-shirts — 2–5 business days
• Hoodies — 3–7 business days
• Mugs — 2–5 business days

Production starts as soon as the order is placed — there's no extra review step adding delay on our side.

Once it ships.

• United States — Standard — 3–10 business days after shipment
• International — 7–21 business days after shipment, where available

These are estimates, not guarantees — carriers run their own schedules. The November–December holiday season typically adds a few days.

What it costs, and where we ship.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and order size — the exact amount is shown before you pay. International shipping may be available depending on the specific product; availability and rates are shown at checkout.

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or VAT may apply on arrival. Those are charged by your country's customs service, are not included in the checkout price, and are paid to your local carrier or customs office at delivery.

Lost, delayed, or marked delivered.

• Tracking — emailed once the carrier has the package. If tracking goes quiet for more than 7 business days (US) or 14 (international), email mac@quietlyascended.com and we chase it with the carrier.
• Marked delivered but missing — file a claim with the carrier first. Common causes: a missing apartment number, or a porch drop in bad weather.
