Questions, quietly answered.

Is support required to play?

No. Quietly Ascended is community-first and support is entirely optional. Nothing on the server is paywalled.

Is any of this pay-to-win?

No. Support buys recognition, cosmetics, and PvE convenience — never power, admin favoritism, boss clears, mutated lines, imprint/stat/level advantages, or anything that breaks PvE progression.

Can I cancel monthly support?

Yes. Manage or cancel your subscription anytime from the secure billing portal — it's linked from the premium Find My Dinos site, or use the subscription management in the secure checkout. Your supporter role and perks stay active through the end of the period you've already paid for, then simply stop renewing.

How are items fulfilled?

Enter your Discord username at checkout. The Dino Recolor and Insta Growth potions are fulfilled in-game by an admin. One-Time Support grants ASA Supporter role time ($5 = 1 month). If your username can't be matched automatically, an admin links it manually.

What do supporters get right now?

Today: One-Time Support grants ASA Supporter role time, and the potions are admin-fulfilled in-game. Monthly tiers grant the ASA Supporter Discord role plus the premium Find My Dinos site (track all your tamed dinos across maps) — Gold also includes a free Dino Recolor each month, and Platinum includes both a free Dino Recolor and Insta Growth each month. We won't promise perks that don't exist yet.

Can I support one time instead of monthly?

Yes — use One-Time Support. Pay what you want, once, with no subscription or recurring billing.

Where do I buy merch?

Through our Shopify storefront at quietlyascended.myshopify.com — checkout happens there. Shipping and refund terms are in the shipping policy and refund policy.

Who makes the merch?

Print-on-demand — each item is printed to order by our fulfillment partner, Printify. No warehouse, no overstock. Production is typically 2–7 business days, then shipping on top.
