- We collect only what's needed to run the site, answer support, and handle orders.
- Merch checkout and payment happen on our Shopify storefront, which has its own privacy and cookie practices.
- Our print-on-demand partner receives the order and shipping details needed to make and ship your order.
- We do not sell your personal information.

Scope
Who this covers.
This policy describes how Quietly Ascended ("QA," "we") handles personal information collected via quietlyascended.com — the home page, /support, /merch, and other public surfaces of this site. It does not cover the Shopify storefront, the Discord server, or the in-game servers — each of those has its own privacy practices.
What we collect
Information we receive.
- When you browse the site — standard web-server access logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp), kept up to 30 days for security and abuse prevention, then rotated out.
- When you buy merch — the purchase is completed on our Shopify storefront. Shopify and our print-on-demand partner handle the name, address, email, and order details needed to take payment and ship your order. QA keeps order metadata (order ID, items, amounts, timestamps, status) for customer support and tax records.
- When you contact us — whatever you put in the email. We use it to reply.
How we use it
Purpose.
We use this information to operate the site, answer support requests, fulfill and track orders, detect and respond to abuse or fraud, and meet Texas tax-reporting obligations. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Service providers
Who else handles your data.
- Shopify — runs the storefront and checkout. It has its own checkout, cookie, privacy, and payment handling — see Shopify's privacy policy.
- Printify — print-on-demand fulfillment. Receives the name, shipping address, email, and items needed to produce and ship your order — see Printify's privacy policy.
- Proton Mail — email infrastructure for mac@quietlyascended.com.
- A content-delivery network may briefly process your IP address as part of routing static site assets.
On quietlyascended.com itself, we do not run third-party analytics or advertising pixels.
Your choices & requests
Access, correction, deletion.
You can ask for the data we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email mac@quietlyascended.com and we reply within 30 days. Some records we are required to retain: Texas sales-tax rules require keeping order details for at least four years. For data tied to the Shopify storefront, Shopify's own tools and privacy policy also apply.
